I had the most amazing experience with Mr. Smith. We were first time home buyers and was told by multiple people that buying a house can be a headache and honestly it was the total opposite because of Mr. Smith. He was able to get us exactly what we were looking for in a house, nothing less. It took him less that a week to find our perfect home in the location we wanted, and we were able to get into our home right before Christmas as a gift to my family in less than 20 days. He was so patient and professional right through our process and even though I would call him a million time he would always answer, I would sometimes have to say to him that he can tell me to stop calling but he would say no I'm here for you and that made us feel so special.
